Hmm, that might be a good idea for the books from my short-lived New-Age Pagan phase that I doubt I'll ever get around to sticking on eBay.

What with the to-ready lis... err, crate I already have, I doubt I'll get around to using the points any time soon, though.

I like the idea. So far I move read books that I don't want to keep to our lounge, let them sit there for a while in the hope my flatmates will want them and then drop them off at the charity shop. I just can't throw books away...

Will check out BookMooch as this seems to be the solution to my dilemma. Not sure about the posting bit, tho, as I'm usually to lazy to carry things to the post office :)

Something else to check out... came across it some time ago thanks to an article in the Metro

http://www.bookcrossing.com/

Basically you set your old books free, leave them in public places for others to find (hopefully), read (maybe) and then pass on again.

Hello,
can you bring Sophie's World along when you visit me at the beginning of October for Maschinenfest?

Hello! I certainly can... provided I can still make it, which I will sort out soon... I've been invited to something by Cosi, not sure what to do...
