You could probably write me a grocery list or a phone book, and include the words John Sheppard, Rodney McKay, and licking (or any conjugation of the word "lick"), and I would read and enjoy. But this one was exceptionally good, because you included wolves (and an alien bear).

Oh my god. I'm sitting outside on a lawn chair, and my friend is in the chair next to me reading over my shoulder, and every so often when we were reading this we'd have to put the laptop down so we could laugh hysterically and not accidentally heave it onto the ground. This was the fucking funniest thing I've read in a long time, and it's also so sweet and friendly and playful and yes, wow, I love this, your position as Best Cheering-Up Writer in my mind is solid. Thank you.

See, there are lines I want to quote. And specific things I want to either glurble over or giggle at or praise you for, like John licking everybody and Rodney being big and white with Ford constantly around him, and giving Markham a name and making him kind of extremely adorable --
