i guess every country has their blood thirsty criminals in office, but somehow, between the beauty of your words and their meaning, i get the ominous feeling that my fellows to the north struggle with an equally corrupt public office.
Yeah. I don't know if I'd call him equally corrupt but maybe he just doesn't have the army and the population to put on the show that my fellows to the south are getting. Either way, there hasn't been this much "screw the poor, let's make some cash" shenanigans since Mulroney, Thatcher and Reagan were all in power at the same time.
I'm truly freaked out. I heard someone say yesterday that "If Obama gets in, it'll be a bad day for white people." and I couldn't believe my ears. I think the world is sliding towards a bad place and that McCain/Palin are going to make Bush look like a kindly grandfather with a mean streak. We'll see. I wish I could vote down there.
Thank you, old chum. I appreciate what you're 'laying down' as the kids do say these days. You're dead right about the meter on the 'canna-DUH' thing that I was attempting. Perhaps I'll give another combination of words a go, eh, what? In any case, sire, thank you for your gracious praise.
