Cool. Glad you liked it. Yeah, I guess it would be a little strange that it turned out to be a controlled society. I guess I was thinking that organization would have to be the key to running something that large effeciently.

I was thinking that in order to manage the huge amounts of energy needed to keep such a behemoth in motion, every little bit of conservation possible would help. That would mean a really tight lid on any wasteful activity which, in my mind, a bunch of scavengy Road Warrior types wouldn't be too into adhering to. They'd have to be forced to obey the rules by a semi-totalitarian organization whose primary goal was energy conservation.
