As some of you may or may not know, I went on a crazy-ass whirlwind vacation of Nelson, Scotland, The Czech Republic and New York over the last two weeks. I took a lot of pictures. Check them out.

Kind of on subject...what;s Edinburgh like? DO you think I'd like it? I ask because I've been researching grad schools in the UK and Edinburgh and Glasgow both have programs I like. Obviously I'd want to visit before decidint to go there, but before I do that I can just ask you.

Personally, I think you'd like Glasgow more than you'd like Edinburgh. Edinburgh is a little bit stuck-up while in Glasgow people love to hear the sound of their own voice and will talk to everyone with hearing distance. Given the fact that you're a fairly weird person (and I mean that in a great, positive, kindred spirit kind of way), I think you'll like it better in Glasgow.

Edinburgh is a much prettier city but it's only a half hour away from Glasgow by train.
