Claire demonstrates her repertoire of hilariously terrible fake accents! Mary is a hand with a voice! Mary's Real Person even makes a brief cameo at the end to approve this

I don't know if I should object to the "hilariously" or the "terrible." WHERE IS MY DIGNITY? The elegance of my image -- RUINED. Ruination and despair. Wailey, wailey, wailey.

As soon as I started to listen to this, of course, customers came into the store.

It's probably for the best. Really.

Oh, my Calirificent Lovely, they are also Terribly Wonderful! And you yourself described them as very bad in the podcast. I'm just saying they don't sound like serious attempts at actual accents that real people have is all.

I don't remember what I described. I WASN'T MYSELF! My left hand was possessed. The last thing I remember was the soufflé at Panera.

I'm actually quite looking forward to listening to this. You have a VERY rockin' voice online, you know. Simultaneously soothing and sexy.

Which is not to say you don't have a rockin' REAL voice as well. We discovered this in 2010, with the dead cat lullaby. It was dead cats, wasn't it? Slaughtered doves was Amal. And rediscovered it with Oubliette's song. Heh heh heh.

Hooray! I kinda wish I was back at Readercon this weekend, and listening to this podcast will be the next best thing!
