Sendai or Tokyo

Sigh...I am trying to decide if I want to go to Tokyo and do the meet and greet with Nightmare or if I want to go to Sendai and see them preform there. There is a HUGE part of me that wants to just say fuck going to Sendai and just go to Tokyo and get to shake hands with them. Part of that is because it's not that easy for me to get to Sendai and

Those little certificates to get you into the meet-and-greet thing.. are they in every copy of the single, or is it just a limited number that they put in? I was thinking if you went to Tokyo and weren't guaranteed a chance to see them it would be really shitty. :/
