Don't beat your self up too much since it sounds like you "saved" for it and you did better than you would have w/o watching what you ate. The commercials always look good but there's none around here. Maybe next time start with salad?
ewww....there's nothing w/o dressing?! Yuck. hmmm...guess you could ask for plain, but if they only have ranch anyway, not worth it. Just eat veggie pizza I guess.
It's amazing how fast calories add up in places like that, you feel like you barely ate anything, but the food is not very nutritionally dense - just calorically dense!!! Oh well, you have been doing really great, so it's okay to have one off day... we all do! +1
