Pumpkin pancakes!

I have a yummy breakfast fall recipe: pumpkin pancakes! Last year, I worked really hard to find cheap pumpkin pancakes from a restaurant. Not only are these pancakes easy to make, they're also low in fat as well.

I have really been wanting to try pumpkin recipes for the fall, and now that I am learning how to cook better (I'm in a cooking class!) I am always looking for new ideas. Besides - it's vegetarian! :)
