I have not been deligent with my dieting, but I have been walking and trying to stay active.
Last weigh in I think I was 169 lbs. Last night I stepped on the scale after eating a somewhat large meal and I was at 167lbs. It is only two pounds, but i am hoping to kick it up a notch and really start sticking to this weight loss plan.
