At any rate, it's the 17th prompt, and we had three weeks to complete it. How do we celebrate the holidays (or not)?
Greg and I flew to Oklahoma to visit my family.
On Xmas day, we went to see a movie (True Grit!) and then to Tally's diner in Tulsa for dinner with my mother and her husband.

Then it was off to my aunt's home in Oklahoma City for the night. She took us for a drive over to Chesapeake Energy, where she works, to enjoy the extravagant display.

We got back to Sapulpa in time to greet my stepbrother's family, just arrived from DC, so we took all the kids to the Tulsa Aquarium. KC "made a bond" with this turtle, he said.
