I think you can rock it either way! Besides, if you cut it and hate it, it'll grow back.

That's a tough question. It would definitely make you look older, but I think you might lose the sex appeal of having long hair. Also, it looks like it would be a pain in the ass to do everyday, especially in the summer if your hair tends to get frizzy like mine does.
