Feeling miserable

I've been sick all week with muscle aches, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, congested nose, sore throat, and a lack of appetite, but I'm feeling better now. However, I've been falling into a state of depression lately that would rival that of Charlie Brown. It's fairly normal for me to get into a such mood, so the feeling isn't anything new
