This is going to make me sound like a complete mong... but how exactly do I nominate?

If you go into the comm's profile there is a nominations template which you copy and paste into a new post and then upload your nominations to tinypic/blah blah and then copy and paste the URL of them into the template where it has the <** a href="GOES HERE">and then type in the name of the person who made it :) Hope you understood that, I'm not very good at explaining things lol :P
