does anyone know if the Region 1 DVD of the second series has the original music?

Not necessarily, because the UK DVDs don't have the original music, either.

The original music was used only ONCE -- for the E4/Channel4 broadcast.

The replacement music is used on the British, American, Canadian, French, Australian, Italian, etc, DVDs.

The replacement music is also used on all foreign broadcasts.

Are the s2 DVDs for sale yet? I thought they didn't come out until the end of the week, or next week?

i'm a little late. it has some of the original music. crystal castles still makes an appearance. the title menu has radiohead but i don't think they actually play it in on the dvd series.

is the Crystal Castles' appearance the scene where Sid tells Tony that his father was dead? thanks, I'd been wondering if that particular scene would have the original music.

yep that is the one! i'm glad they kept that. the first season sucked when they cut out the part where tony gets hit by the bus and they sing wild world.
