They discussed it and they decided that she would have one. It hasn't happened yet.

I think part of why Chris was crying in the bedroom was because a) he knew he was dying and b) he felt helpless with the whole pregnancy situation. I personally thought that he wanted to keep the baby - from his reaction to her impending abortion.
