I don't compromise about NE. I won't say that they're perfect. I won't say that I loved the S4 storyline. I don't think that people who don't like them are homophobic (unless they're like, NE were awful because a two girl couple is gross and wrong, obviously).

But I do think they were one of the best parts of G2, and one of the best couples in Skins ever (if not THE best). They had a build-up and were portrayed realistically and never screen-hogged like FML or CEF did. Kathryn and Lily really cared about their characters and it showed. NE in S3 was an amazing storyline, one of the best ones that Skins has ever had for a couple.

Also, OT, but I'm just about to re-watch Ghost Ship, which I haven't seen in years. I plan on seriously enjoying it. Not like I am biased or anything.

This upsets me because I love Effy and the way Kaya is just makes me think that there's no way she could have understood her character in the slightest.

IA. I just literally don't know what to say when people say this. The only similarity between NE and MF is that they're both F/F relationships. That is it.
