I think I overhyped her before the series and was disappointed. I liked her episode, but it was more for the group than anything else, when I think about it.
I hate her role as the ~all knowing~ friend who dishes out advice all the time.
To be honest, I find Dakota to be a little dull in her acting. Everything just feels a little flat to me. Even when she was brandishing a gun in episode one, I wasn't really feeling it.
I don't really mind FML, it could be worse, but love triangles are played to death, so Franky is in the middle of a boring storyline as well, which doesn't help.
I think Franky has the ability to be interesting, but there has to be a character overhaul or something. Like make her into a complete bitch or hook her up with someone unexpected, like Nick.
I'll add that I don't think you need to be a bitch to be interesting, but some actors own those roles better than the nice person roles. I think Dakota might be better at it.

I am not surprised to see another contrived and dull scene with Matty. If they keep on pushing him down our throats in every scene, I may change my opinion about the worst character in Skins. At least Thomas was never intended to be the main character.
