I have a question: Who is going to judge the winning photos? Will it be the mods or will it be put to a vote? (If it's a vote, what's to stop all the teams from voting for themselves?)

The mods will be voting (each rating every photo 1-10, then the photos with the highest combined votes will be the winners) :)
