Theories/Speculation/Questions/Rants/Etc.: Because we're getting a lot of posts with theories and things like that for the finale, I thought I'd make one single post where everyone can share anything they want about episode 4x08. I'm sorry, but I debated it and I finally decided

lol I think I would rather him be dead instead of it being a dream. The whole s4 or w/e being a dream seems rather like a copout and I would rather they kill off Freddie then end it with "lolz jus' kidding!"

Speculations/Common Sense Conclusions

1. Naomily will end up together, neatly packaged, though they'll angst first.
2. Cook/Effy will end together somehow. Maybe a reference to Bonnie & Clyde, as the cops ARE after Cook, or maybe that's my wishful thinking...
3. Cook will do something to Dr Foster and (hopefully) get Effy to realize the guy's a nut and get the asshole in jail
4. Katie/Thomas...though I'm not sure how that will play into Pandora/Thomas as that clearly hasn't had its closure. I expect a solid ending for Katie.
5. Some kind of group grieving/funeral for Freddie. It will tear Cook apart. :( The spoilers did say bring tissues for the last episode.
6. An open-ended ending for Effy. I doubt her ending will be clear cut at ALL.
7. More JJ/Lara <3
8. The lesbros will do something together

actually, i have the same thoughts as you ^^

...except for katie/thomas. i really want closure for katie, thomas and pandora separately. i mean, they're pretty good just on their own really.

apparently the actress playing lara isn't on the casting list for the finale. she may be mentioned however..

I doubt CE will end up together if Freds really is dead. It would be too crass, even for Skins. And I refuse to believe Cook would do that to his boyfriend best friend.

I'm so excited for the last ep. I'm glad they went a different direction with this new cast. Reading all the comments left on E4 have me LOLing so much. It's like what was said on Futurama.

"But that's not why people watch TV! Clever things make people feel stupid, and unexpected things make people feel scared! TV audiences don't want anything original - they wanna see the same thing they've seen a thousand times before!"

May be once we get to the 3rd cast the realization the no one from the previous main cast is returning will be accepted. I feel sorry for the writers. I don't care who ends up with who. I jsut want to sit back and enjoy the ride.

Sorry, but cliche things like Psychiatrists becoming obsessed over their patients and being more psycho than anyone else is very, very cliche. I have seen it more times than I haven't. Skins isn't really original, just ~shocking.
