Its day number nine and I feel pretty good. I have lost 7 lbs. YAY!  Yesterday was pretty bad I weight myself and it said I gained a pound but today it said I lost a 2 lbs so I guess that makes up for it. I am staying hopeful. Thanks for everyones support.

I change shift every 2 weeks at work and I am now on nights. 7pm to 7am.

Ok so I am ticked I have been eating less than 400 cals a day and down about a pound a day. Well yesterday I had just 100 cals and I gained a pound! What the hell do I have to do to be skinny. I already starve my self. I work out at the gym for a hour every day. I am going crazy.

Ok so I  had a dr. app today just a norm OBGYN check up and GUESS WHAT!!!!! My scale is off by 4 fucking pounds!!!! LESS that is. I am so fucking happy! I am 169 not 173.......YAY!!! I was thinking. Why do ice cream, cake, cookies, chicken nuggets, chips and all other really yummy fat foods have to taste so good?
Why are some healthy low cal food so gross?
Why can't a beet taste like a suger cookie?
Why can't a bean taste like a chicken nugget?

Monday Morning and Amelia just got up. This morning I got on the scale and I lost another pound. I was hopping for two, but hey its better than nothing. I think I am holding water also.
