secondly, (all personal opinion) if the pay/benefits are not worth it, don't do it. if you got this one, you'll get other ones. just cause it's a theatre gig doesn't mean you have to take it. i'll be happy for you and support you either way, but i know a lot of actors are willing to settle for theatre work because they're always afraid they won't find more. but who knows, it could be an awesome package of benefits and pay so this whole rant could be moot.
