Looks like I'm going to be moving to Manville, NJ. I'm in the 2nd day of attorney review (once it goes 3 full days, it's considered a deal unless after the 3-day period, something goes wrong with the house...) and all looks good. So, barring something crazy as fuck, I close on July 31st. It's going to be interesting. I already have a few projects
