Well, as it has yet to be returned I am forced to issue this annoncement;

If my stolen articles of mail are not returned by Monday, all persons who were in the owlery between three and eight p.m. on June first will be forced to turn over all recent parcels to me for inspection...

:-) hey, um...I play Shuugo Kunisaki [well, yeah, that's obvious but I hope you know what I mean] and he's also part of the .hack world...I was wondering if there might be some sort of way to include him in some manner? :-O if not that's totally fine.

OHYEAH. Well, since I have it in Balmungs backstory that he and the other dot hackers (from the games) were all aurors... Hmmm... I don't know, maybe we could make it so Shuugo was related to one of them? I don't know how else to explain him looking exactly like Kite XD;;

Shuugo comes after...and right now he has a strange bracelet I mentioned in his backstory... :-3 perhaps you can check it out and see if we can brainstorm anything?

Hmmm... Well, right now Aura was a mysterious girl/creature that the dot hacker aurors encountered on their adventures so...

Maybe the bracelet was something that Auror!Kite got from Aura randomly, and then when the little group disbanded he gave it back to her or something? And then she gave it to Shuugo? XD;
