I love it when I'm domestic. It makes me feel like I'm a better wife when I cook for my man. I know it's old-fashioned, but I can't help it.
I would love that recipe for pork chops. Do you just eyeball all those ingredients or are there exact measurements? And do you bake them in the oven? I made my mom's pork chops once - it involved breading them and frying them in a pool of oil. They were delicious, but so unhealthy.
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary chopped 1 tsp ground sage 1.5 Tbsp olive oil salt pepper 1 tsp red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp beer 2 big cloves of chopped fresh garlic you could also throw in a splash of Worchestershire sauce if you wanted.
