Heh, this happened to John Wright. Before he got published a guy named John Wright published books about pet therapy. These are some of the titles

"Is Your Cat Crazy Solutions from the Casebook of a Cat Therapist"
"Ain't Misbehavin: The Groundbreaking Program for Happy, Well-Behaved Pets and Their People"
"The Dog Who Would Be King: Tales and Surprising Lessons from a Pet Psychologist"

I think Joshua Scott Emmons is such a strong name. It's the name of a writer! The imposter Josh, probably doesn't have a cool full name like you.

First, you would seriously publish a book as "Josh?" It doesn't sound formal enough to be taken seriously (at least over an extended period of time.) What you should do is hurry up and publish a book as "Joshua Emmons" so that when your counterpart realizes that he should've used a full name, you may have lost the battle, but nevertheless won the war.

Second, I think you've done plenty with your life--at least enough to give me countless hours of entertainment. :)
