Well, it's nothing, really. I was on hold, and they were playing the usual awful music, but then this one song came on... It seemed typically upbeat and obnoxious, but then it would toss out lines like "Gonna go see the relatives. Haven't seen them in a long, long time. I guess I sorta miss them, I just don't want to kiss them." and lines like that, so you were never really sure where he was coming from.
