Even though I am not a Tory, there certainly are Tories out there that I admire and respect, both individuals that I know personally and public figures.  I don't judge people just because of political differences.

Having said that, I am a firm believer that Harper and Flaherty are scumbags.  I think they are vicious and nasty, and interested more

I think the proposal to ban public sector strikes until 2011 is the most disturbing part.

That and the pay equity thing. The attempt to undercut the other parties was what made me sit and up take notice, but there is a lot of bad stuff in there.

It's really sick that they would seek to take advantage of a crisis like this to ram through some of this stuff. I am glad to see that it appears to have backfired.
