Having actually done quite a bit of work. Most odd. Reading and writing and generaly catching up on stuff. So far, haven't been that bored either.

You do magic, Mr Zesk - can you ask the horse itself? According to the grooms, it simply wandered off on its own.

I am trying to find out what happened in case something strange is happening to horses in Ankh-Morpork - I have one myself, after all. And I am sure Prince Pteppicymon would object to his racing horses turning up in bathrooms as well.

Actually I do know why and how the horse got there- the 'why' would be because it was looking for me, and horses have a truly remarkable sense of direction when it comes to getting home; the 'how' would be that.. well, it's my horse, and he's been bred to do some rather interesting things most horses probably can't do. I suppose I could tell other people all of this, but they seem to be having such fun trying to work it out on their own- the captain especially. So I'll let him enjoy himself.
