Ack - rather unfortunate you'll be on guard, but, I suppose it's not a bad policy to choose one's battles wisely. =:/ FSM knows, there are quite a few places same-sex affection of even that mild degree would attract unwelcome attention in the UK too - I suppose nowhere has a monopoly on knuckle-draggers, though they're officially encouraged by some sorts, such as Mr Putin.

Needless to say: please (a) take photos (b) post them! ^_^ (Food especially, but there's surely scenery and architecture to show off too)

I certainly admire Poland for what it has accomplished despite all the crap coming its way in the last century.

As for Poland, it has changed dramatically since I was a kid. I wish people's mentality is many aspects would go along with that too.
