It's cold, windy, and overcast. I've been spending my day reading Rebels Wit Attitude and cooking. the_lucky_nun and I got the chili to deliciousness, and now it's just making that slow simmer down to awesome. There's cornbread waiting to be baked off, chocolate cream pie (made with whole Iwig cappuccino milk) chilling in the fridge, the wife's off getting

my stomach just did a huge flip flop as I read the description for the beer bread. you really need to sell that stuff for christmas presents. I would be happy to do a trade for some cookies!!

That can be done!

I just need to buy more cider and apples that are more baking friendly. These were tasty raw, but lacked a little in the bread area.
