Ok California jeans-and-flip-flop wearing girls....

This morning Minime was getting dressed. She was wearing a fun colorful shirt with rhinestones, and her jeans. She didn't have socks on, so I asked:
Me: Are you going to wear flip flops today?
MM: WHY WOULD I DO THAT?!

I was *this* close to wearing mine with my jeans today...but, since they are holey and distressed looking I thought that might be tooooo "casual friday", so I am wearing my black Kenneth Cole open toe slides. Sigh.
