no...at least not the dress blue alphas or dress blue bravos. the only difference between those two is that alphas have medals, bravos are ribbons instead of medals. the dress blue charlies i've never seen name tags for, and only recruiters and drill instructors wear the ones for the dress blue deltas. you wear name tapes for the service uniforms, i think, but don't quote me on that. the only ones where everyone wears name tapes, that i'm sure of, are the cammies.
