FINALLY I GOT IT FILLED OUT. See, I got it filled out, then I highlighted the entry and accidently pressed Ctrl v instead of Ctrl c to supposedly copy it when it really replaced it with something else. SO I HAD TO FILL IT OUT AGAIN. ARGH
