def. wanted to show off the new icon i stole from Abby :-D pirates are delicious. working in a movie theater is not delicious. that is all.

My sympathies friend. Working for a cinema sucks (I should know) but at least you get to see free films. The first PotC I saw for free three times. Now I need to pay to see it three times. I was spoiled. And WTF is the deail with actually paying for popcorn? Selling my soul to Carmike Cinemas should entitle me free popcorn for life damnit!

see i can barely stand the sight of popcorn anymore let alone pay to eat it *gag* and seeing free movies is great i can't argue with that...but i've worked there for FOUR years and i still have to work at least 45 hours a week to get by.

and um...i've now seen At World's End four times...and its only been out a week...

do they have a support group for this type of thing? lol

I technically worked at a roller rink attached to a movie theater so I got to see the films for free without physically working in the cinema. I just got paid to skate. And also woked there for four years, so like I said I feel your pain. And in four years I only got a raise once and that was only by .35 amd I was their best employee.

Take my advice and find another job, dosen't matter where, but they'll treat you better than they treat employees at a cinema.

Daymn you pass me, I've only seen it twice! Sammi is amazed too. Then again I'm currently sitting here listening to the AWE soundtrack and wearing a pirate medallian from the first film.
