Hugh Laurie's run out of credit with me and man, did he have credit with me for ABOFAL, Jeeves & Wooster, Blackadder and even Peter's Friends. Cue to m'colleague!
No, I don't like Hugh Laurie anymore. Yesterday's episode of House was one spiralling down in cringeworthy debauchery too many. I do not understand that he agrees to play these scripts. Nothing worse than thwarted admiration. Good you got out before the show became as bad as it is now.
Having said that, A Bit Of Fry and Laurie still makes me laugh. If only Stephen Fry would slap m'colleague to get him back to earth.
House lost me in S6, (Cuddy and Lucas... REALLY? *eyeroll*) That said, I was thrilled with that season's finale. Yesterday's episode was the vault over the shark. I don't know WHY they had to break up Huddy. It all seemed so gratuitous.
My new favorite show is Fringe, but I gave it up for Lent (THAT's how much I love it *is suffering*). I imagine there's a Fringe-letdown somewhere in my future, although my OTP will *never* happen, so there's no way they can mess it up. :)

My new favorite show is Fringe, but I gave it up for Lent (THAT's how much I love it *is suffering*). I imagine there's a Fringe-letdown somewhere in my future, although my OTP will *never* happen, so there's no way they can mess it up. :)
