It's not the car alone. HRE wheels = SEX. Made to order. Base price for 18" (the smallest size offered) $1595 each. You chose diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern and color. Made to order. I've wanted HRE wheels since the beginning of time.

The customization is great alright, but, I don't like the design.

Then again, I'm one of those people who likes a classic 5 or 7-spoke touring wheel. Or in some limited cases where it will look good, like on my Jetta, some many-spoke BBS'.

To each his own... which is why many designs exist. :-D That company also makes your classic more simply styled wheel. They make a lot of different designs, but all have their signature highly polished "lip" which I love. I would have got the version of the Prelude's BBS wheel with a polished lip, except those are almost double the price. =D So no.

Ooo... that's hot. I'd love having old and new. I'd love lots of everything!!!

I did notice. I dont know ferraris well enough to know which, but I'll bet it's also sportin some HREs.

I need to stop looking at the HRE site. $6K-7K for a set. ACK! Keep me away!
