He's already run into one New Feather this cycle already, and there's no mistaking that sundress. Honestly? That girl looks a little lost and confused. So, with a bit of spark and charisma, the Slayer jogs over to intercept the girl.] Do you--uhm--maybe want a hand getting a little more dressed? Sure, the weather's warming up but isn't that a little chilly?

[Her friendly approach melts--or, perhaps more appropriately, shatters. Buffy's been doing quite well, a few months after Kirk's absence. But the sudden question brings concern to her face and she reacts more on instinct than on social decorum:] O-of course. That's the goal, right?

[Her mouth clamps tight, then. She even looks as though she may be nibbling her bottom lip. It certainly hadn't been the reaction she had expected from the New Feather. All she had wanted to do was spread the joy of good fashion.]

[Guybrush notices her and attempts to get her attention during that unresponsive half-hour. However, failing that, he leaves. When he walks by later and sees her moving, he decides to try again.]

[Turns and- Oh. Hello. Human, mid-20s... ding! Okay then flatly but with a vaguely hopeful tone:] Do you want to be loved?

You mean that secretly, despite their gruff exterior, all pirates want to be loved? Huh, I think you might be right.

[...Well that was a pretty roundabout answer. She's not sure if that counts or not. She's going to stay silent as she keeps processing that for the remaining 20 seconds of the window in which he needs to answer.]
