And that would be Gavin's phone ringing during a particularly emotional episode of What Not to Wear that John didn't feel like watching.

Gavin snagged the phone off his belt, almost dropping it and trying to keep the mule from taking off.

"Hello?" Stupid higher pitched voice. He tried to pitch it lower. "Hello?"

That was just stupid.

Ooh, maybe he'd gotten Gavin's new girlfriend! Perfect time to prank him.

"Hey baby, I've been thinking about you," John cooed in his feminine tone.

Gavin stared at the phone. Stared stared stared. "Huh?" Eloquent, Gavin. "You...what?"

Luke was a terrible, terrible friend.

Which was why, when he realized he'd woken up looking like Leia again, he picked up his comlink and called Gavin.

Gavin grabbed his phone, nearly falling off the mule and said, "Hello?"

God, if this was the girl he'd gotten pregnant again, he might cry.

Luke paused for a second. He didn't recognize that voice at all.

"This is Princess Leia Organa," he said, managing to hit all of his sister's icy, imperious tones. "Who are you and why do you have Lieutenant Darklighter's comm unit?"

Oh, there went the phone into the dirt and nearly got stepped on by his damn mule. Gavin scrambled off the mule and picked it up.

"P-princess Leia?" he stuttered nervously.
