The possibility of RL stuff interfering with the RP world is a tricky one, especially when and if you have to give reasons for it that aren't that fun. That said, I think you're handling it very gracefully and eloquently, especially given the situation.

For my part, I love you and think you're fab, and if there was ever a reason to need a break of however long, this is it. No need to apologize or anything at all. :)
