i know, finding our that the last episode of ROME is not actually just an hour of various people discovering that Pullo's pants have fallen down was kind of shocking for me too

Jasmine tea: i'll give it a shot. The Chamomile tea had been around a while, so maybe it was just stale & gross. i'll never be a fan of it, though.

Hot baths? Yes. More sex? yes please. i only get two or three days a week of Rob Time. (he: work, me: skool.) So we have to pack a lot of it into the weekends.

I brewed five chamomile teabags in one mug when I couldn't fall asleep after not sleeping for a looooong time. It worked. I drank it really fast though. I melted into my soft sheets to revisit that land of sleep once again.

Oooh, soft sheets. That's a plus. I always sleep best on new sheets after a hot bath.

Sleepy-time is essentially chamomile. blarg! i discovered valerian root on Friday, and it's working wonders.

i wonder if the guys on the metro were signing in Dutch, English, or what? there is a different sign language in every country. Even Britain, Canada, and the US have vastly different signs (which i find silly, but that's just me.)
