What's that Taylor rule again?

Is it sad that I wouldn't be able to do my homework without Google and Wikipedia? Srsly. My Macroeconomics assignments are just too difficult and the information you need to do them is not in the notes we are given which sucks muchly. *dead*

I just want to read fic. *cries*

So stressed right now. Million and one things to do.

uni, stress

Wikipedia is the number one resource of Uni students, I swear. Every assignment, any time there's something someone's confused about, it gets wiki-ed.

Don't know how we coped before it!

Perhaps... people were forced to use books? *shockgasp*

*gasp-eth* =O

Seriously, though, Uni lecturers frown heavily on people using books - it's all about the journal articles. Which you can get online. So I don't think I've been to the library since last year, lol.

I heard the Imunology exam (which I did not take) was almost entirely based on a book, instead of professor notes...

I'm just thinking that professor would say doing research for homework is what university is all about :P

I have read like two books during my two years at uni. My faculty doesn't do books. I love that <3 Okay, maybe I would get better grades if I read the books, but that would be a lot of work and I do well enough without, so...

Yeah :P Once our teacher said that "this question was here solely to teach you that if you had looked at book X page Y the answer would have been there! Later on your studies you'll have to use books to do the homework!" and everyone was like "...whatever."

Mine does - and they're mostly in english or brazillian portuguese, which is worst.

I like that "whatever" :P

I'm so sorry to hear you're so stressed out! That's really no good :( Hope that'll get better soon.

At any rate, I'm back to doing my 100quills job. At least one tiny tiny tiny thing I can take off your plate again...

It should in two weeks... :D But I don't want to think that far or it'll make me realize how much stuff I have to do before that :D

Thank you so much ♥ I'm glad for you that you got your Internet/computer back!

Actually, it's kind of good that you were away because it made me realize that I'll have to recruit someone else as well before summer, when I'll be gone for like one month... and I don't know about autumn. If I'm abroad I won't probably have much time for 100quills then. But I'll be looking at that in a month or so...

My Medieval History teacher gave us a lecture about 'how we shouldn't just assume everything on the Internet is true'. *eyeroll* As if we didn't know. ¬¬ Although Wiki is pretty accurate, most of the time. *loffs Wiki*

*hugs* Stress = evil.

I found it very amusing when a newspaper once had on it's corrections page, "unlike we claimed, X is not Y. The wrong information was taken from Wikipedia." -kind of thing. Made me go "what happened to double-checking facts? *lol*" :D

But yeah. Everybody knows not to trust Internet, but hey, in small matters I will!

*pets* I feel exactly the same way about microeconomics. *stabs it*

I want to read fic too. You should read the hp_springsmut fics. A lot of them are shiny.

It's all very interesting but so difficult! :(

I'm not a big fan of anonymous fests. I like to know who has written what (yes, I'm a bad person like that. I just don't have time to go through a lot of fic looking for good fics - at least not in HP, because there ARE so many good fics) so I guess I'll read springsmut once the authors are revealed...
