doesnt feel like i'm supposed to be flying back tmr! usually, it's the rush to buy stuff to bring back, and packing at the last minute. but today- i didnt feel the rush to do anything, and i packed my luggage in 15mins and it's all done except for my study bible, laptop and my handphone charger.

it's really really really tiring to go out so often, and the massive headache on sunday night just highlighted how i'm no longer suited for the crazy holiday-going-out-everyday-for-the-whole-day mode like in the previous years. thank God for the break today, then it'll be meet-ups with people again till next week!

i saw real soccer being played in the first half of the neth-brazil match last night! real skills of ball control and techniques actually being displayed. i always thought they were just being put on adverts! and that was.. pitted against pushing and shoving. didnt manage to catch the second half, but saw the final results and the newspaper reports ( Read more... )

the "drawing near" devotionals have been expounding on the book of James this month, and the passage these few days was about faith without works is dead, and is even worse than demonic faith. it got me thinking about what kind of works, the attitude behind works etc. and the nightly devotionals of proverbs revealed it to me a few nights ago- see ( Read more... )
