but how did you make the cake so colourful??? dont the dyes mix into some unrecognisable colour? :D

no.
you make a basic white mix. separate into 5-6 equal parts (depends how many colours u want)
add the dye into the parts...
and then when you pour the coloured parts one by one into the baking pan, don't mix it.
