So, I think I'm sorta confused, what's going on in the pumpkin patch, and why's everyone going there, anyway? This another sort of holiday thing?

At any rate, I'm not anywhere near it now.

I would assume it to be some manner of curse. However, I myself have not explored the area and I have little intention of doing so.
