Hmm, maybe it is just a coincidence? I've had a couple of people tell me that murder is not uncommon in this City, and the police don't seem to have much power here. They haven't arrested the strange man that was bragging about poisoning the City water supply, have they?

Uh, well, I really just know about what happened to me. I don't know about Reno's. But I went outside, and at my door was a package, and when I opened it there was a heart inside.
