I hate Benigni and I don't even think he worked that well in Down by Law, either. Stupid fucker.

I liked Jesus of Montreal, but I only saw it once when I was 16. Don't know what I'd think of it today. I remember liking the courtroom scene quite a bit.

I saw someone defend that crap Life is Beautiful by saying, 'in teh context of the 6 million...at least Roberto Benigni was part of the plan.' that's hate. but i don't know...jarmusch wrote the part for him. if he doesn't work, then it's probably Jimmy's fault.
