Yay! They're married at last - in a lovely, if rather poorly attended, ceremony! I guess they didn't really have anyone to invite aside from the Doctor, who didn't want to share the experience with his new companions. Not that they minded, they're marrying for themselves, not for everyone else. Shame there's no reception for the Eleventh Doctor to practice his dancing at though ;)

I'm glad Eleven apologised to Jack on his previous incarnation's behalf. Someone needed to apologise for Ten!

Well, Ianto's mother is dead and the rest of his family thinks that *he* is dead, so there's no-one there, and Jack's family is... complicated :) I did think about having Amy and Rory there but I decided that the Doctor wasn't quite ready to introduce them to Jack (and the explanations that would arise from such a meeting).

There could be a reception afterwards, somewhere in one of the TARDISes, for the Doctor to practise his dancing - just assume one took place after Ianto and Jack surfaced from the inside forest :)

Much as Ten is one of my favourite doctors, he was so arrogant and tactless at times, I felt like slapping him. My headcanon for the canon seasons is that Eleven sought out Jack and apologised at some point.
