Anything that shits on the heads of Berman and Braga would have received a thumbs-up from me. It was just gravy that the flick is honestly good on top of it.

I enjoyed it quite a bit, and liked the plot device used to tell the story. It allowed him to preserve what's come before while also reimagining the story and putting new twists on the characters.
