what's a sniffy?

A "sniffy" is a bottle (5ml) or imp (approx. 1ml sample) that either has enough perfume oil for one or two tests, or no oil at all and is only useful to get an idea of how the perfume smells in the bottle. I'm pretty sure that all of mine are empty; I'm not sure about An Evening in Hades: Askalaphos or White Chocolate & Sugared Violets; I've never been interested in the scents enough to try to test them on myself.
